Michael Watson's Portfolio – Orange County WordPress Developer

An ongoing project that I am working on is CollegeTangle.com. Originally, this came as an idea that sprung up from a Crexendo website competition. My responsibilities for the project pertained to coding the website in php, html and css. The website is dynamic depending upon php and sql to post and get information from a mysql database. The code of the whole website was done by me. The photoshopping of the design was done by another group member. The premise behind this website is that everyone has access to social networking sites but not every group connects in the same way. For example: the students at my private Christian University connect through different events and activities than students at other universities. This site is built towards adding another layer of connection between those at Christian Universities and possibly beyond. In all I learned so much about php and sql as well as dappling with javascript and Facebook’s javascript sdk.
