Michael Watson's Portfolio – Orange County WordPress Developer

I served on the web team for California School Project. During my time I worked closely with the supervisor of the team and a graphic designer to establish a descent web presence. Over the years, the needs of the organization have changed. I setup the California School Project blog so that members of the organization could share the latest events and and share their successes with donors. I implemented an email subscription system so that people could receive regular email updates when new posts are published. I also setup the organization with Google Apps so they could have professional emails as well as utilize other Google tools such as Google Docs. Also, I was able to secure free web-hosting from my web hosting company originally as we agreed to advertise their generosity on the blog.
